Susan is a Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association and has a passion for, and particular expertise with, agricultural property transactions.
She is aware of the opportunities available to rural and agricultural businesses and an understands the challenges and difficulties they often face. She offers perceptive and pragmatic guidance to help farmers, agricultural tenants, rural landowners and businesses make the most of those opportunities and face the challenges.
Susan qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and joined Lanyon Bowdler in 2018. She has extensive experience in agricultural and commercial property law.

- Agricultural Holdings Acts tenancies, including surrenders, statutory notices and re-grants

When not working, Susan loves reading and spending time with her dogs or in her shed, where she has built up an impressive collection of old (but incredibly useful) silversmithing tools. Susan is particularly fond of Doris, her ancient fly press.
