He has experience of many different commercial and agricultural businesses including shops, offices, pubs and restaurants, caravan sites, agriculture land solar and wind farms.
Stewart provides advice on a wide range of commercial and agricultural matters including: freehold sales and purchases, commercial leases for landlords or tenants, complex property agreements such as conditional contracts, options and overage agreements and easements, leases of telecommunication sites and renewable energy developments.
Stewart joined Lanyon Bowdler in 2021 as an associate in the Commercial and Agricultural Team, based in the Oswestry office.
Stewart has lived in Oswestry since 2005 and previously worked in Chester and Telford.
Outside work Stewart likes being outdoors on short bike rides or long walks in the Shropshire Hills or the Welsh mountains.
