Profile / Experience
Lucy has over 25 years experience in both clinical negligence and personal injury litigation acting solely for the victim.
She is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers where she is recognised as a Senior Litigator. She is a member of the AvMA (Action Against Medical Accidents) Specialist Clinical Negligence Panel.
Lucy has acted for clients who have suffered head injuries and has a wide range of experience of medical negligence work including orthopaedic, obstetrics and gynaecology, oncology, cosmetic surgery and GP care and has significant experience in complex fatal clinical negligence claims.
Lucy joined Lanyon Bowdler’s Clinical Negligence Department in October 2010, she is based in the Bath Street offices in Hereford. Lucy became a partner of the firm in 2013.
Lucy is able to see clients out of the Ludlow or Hereford offices.
