Lanyon Bowdler handled a property transfer for me. I was very pleased with the service I received. The staff were all friendly and very professional. I was kept informed throughout the process and was able to talk directly to the lady who was dealing with my case. I was in a difficult situation and she was kind and empathetic.

This was the first house sale LB handled for us, we were very happy with the efficient, professional service. They were always available to answer questions and kept the momentum of the sale going when our purchaser kept delaying. Overall very satisfied with the service, would highly recommend them.
