Jennifer graduated from the University of Manchester in 2007 after studying History.

She then studied her Graduate Diploma in Law and LPC at the University of Law in Chester where she was awarded an LLB.

Jennifer trained at the University of York where she gained experience in a wide variety of sectors. Since qualifying Jennifer has specialised in corporate and commercial law. She spent several years working for a business on the Wirral providing advice and negotiating IT contracts for several international businesses.

She has worked in North Wales since 2018 specialising in all areas of commercial and corporate work including asset sales, share sales, shareholder agreements, providing data protection advice and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. She is now based in the corporate team and is located in Conwy.

Jennifer is a Recommended Lawyer in the 2024 edition of The Legal 500 which states ‘Conwy-based Jennifer Edwards is noted for her significant experience in asset sales’.
