Emma has experience of representing families at Inquests to include inquests involving potential breaches of Human Rights.
Emma works on a variety of cases, to include:
- Delays in diagnosis and wrongful diagnosis
- Surgical errors
- Fatal claims to include stillbirths and neonatal deaths
- Spinal injuries
- Brain injuries
- Psychiatric cases
Emma completed her training at Lanyon Bowdler before qualifying as a solicitor in the clinical negligence department.
