Chloe joined Lanyon Bowdler in November 2022 as a solicitor working in our Commercial & Agricultural Property Team and is based at the Telford office.
Her career in law started with another local firm in their Commercial and Residential Property Team as a secretary, this was in 2017 and she qualified as a solicitor in October 2022 after completing the required training period. She studied for her LLB Law Degree and the Legal Practice Course with Masters of Law at the University of Wolverhampton.
Chloe has experience dealing with the following:
- Acting for landlords/tenants in respect of new commercial property leases and renewals
- Deeds of Surrender
- Lease Assignments/Underlettings
- Business sales/purchases
- Residential conveyancing matters including sales/purchases freehold/leasehold and lease extensions of flats

- Sales/purchases commercial property
- First registrations/adverse possession of land
- Residential new build plot sales/purchases on development sites
- Re-mortgages
In her spare time she enjoys taking long walks around the Shropshire countryside, spending time with her family and friends, watching musicals and occasional baking.
