Profile / Experience
Adam joined Lanyon Bowdler in May 2021 and is based in the Clinical Negligence team at Shrewsbury. In June 2022 Adam was promoted to associate solicitor, then to senior associate solicitor in 2024.
Adam studied Law at Aberystwyth University from 2001-2004, before passing the Legal Practice Course in 2005. Adam qualified as a solicitor in 2009, and since 2011 has specialised in the field of medical negligence at firms in Birmingham and the West Midlands.
Adam has a keen interest and speciality in dealing with claims involving:
- Delayed diagnosis / missed diagnosis;
- Surgical errors;
- Cancer cases (including delayed diagnosis and incorrect treatment);
- Deaths and Inquests.
Adam also sits part-time as an Assistant Coroner for the Birmingham and Solihull jurisdiction.
