Sue qualified as a solicitor in 1982 having originally studied history.
She has lived and worked in the county of Herefordshire since then. Sue undertakes a wide range of commercial conveyancing and related property matters including development work for landowners, developers and promoters.
She has long experience in dealing with the licensed trade including pub and hotel leases, sales and purchases including community pubs and also acting for those involved in food and drink production.
Sue holds a number of trusteeships for county based charities and has been involved on a voluntary basis for a number of local charities and trusts including those in the healthcare world.
Sue is also a qualified commercial mediator.
