Susan provides advice on a wide range of non-contentious agricultural and commercial property matters.
These include acquisitions, charging and disposals; agricultural tenancies under both the agricultural holdings and farm business tenancy regimes; overage, pre-emption, land promotion and option agreements; easements; mineral and aggregate extraction; telecommunication site leases and renewable/sustainable energy installations.
Susan is a Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association.
Susan joined the Commercial & Agricultural Team in 2018 .
