Testimonials

What our clients say.

We dealt with Saffia and Heloise at the Shrewsbury branch. They were incredibly kind, professional and efficient. We were able to go from an offer to completion in three months and avoid the stamp duty deadline, saving us thousands! Their hard work and communication made this possible. Honestly can’t recommend them enough and we’ll be back in touch in the future.

Very good service and professional regarding my house sale.

It’s over 30 years since I last bought a property. Though living in London I wanted a Shrewsbury solicitor who I can use again. However, I was virtually guided through every step.

I recently sold my father’s flat with Saffia Keegan as the main point of contact. Throughout the sale, she was extremely helpful & efficient, very quick with her responses to any queries I had & anything that needed to be chased & followed up on, with great communication and very proactive – I felt like the sale was in safe hands. I have dealt with several solicitors on past house sales & purchases & can honestly say that this was by far the best service I have received & Saffia certainly helped make it a much less stressful experience. If I ever needed a solicitor, I would not hesitate to employ her services again & would highly recommend her to others.

Saffia acted for my mother in law, spent the time to visit her in the home to explain the process and make sure she was happy to go ahead with the sale. Saffia kept us informed at all times and the sale went through from agreement of sale to completion in 12 weeks. A great service, would recommend.

Saffia provided excellent professional help in the conveyance of my property. The house was put on the market in Oct 24 and I moved out in mid December 24 – 6 weeks from start to finish and I could not have achieved that timescale without the support of Saffia.

From the outset Lanyon Bowdler LLP were friendly, approachable, easy to deal with and clear on their pricing. The process of the house sale was straight forward. All the documentation received was correct first time. You may say “and so it should be” but believe me not all solicitors are as good as Lanyon Bowdler LLP, thank you.

Lanyon Bowdler have successfully completed a number of conveyancing for me, sometimes they are overly thorough on items of ‘non consequential importance’ but whilst time consuming, ensures due diligence. I will use them again on my next conveyancing in 2025.

Thank you Saffia for a very easy and quick service. I was expecting a big headache with adding HTB to my mortgage but thanks to you it was a breeze. I couldn’t have asked for much more. Excellent work, I definitely recommend this solicitor for any residential property matters.

Lanyon Bowdler were excellent throughout our property sale. Saffia was professional, and always timely with responses to emails and telephone calls. Even though our buyer’s solicitor left a lot to be desired when I came to replying to Saffia; the whole transaction went through in just over 14 weeks. We would not hesitate in recommending Lanyon Bowdler to anyone else. Thank you for all your help.

Although the sale of our house became quite difficult for reasons outside of our control, Saffia dealt with it all with a very professional attitude. She was approachable and ready to answer questions, helping me to understand what was happening. I felt supported throughout.
