Nicholas joined us as a trainee solicitor in March 2024 after working as a corporate paralegal at law firms in Bristol.
He is a career changer, having completed an MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law, Bristol campus in 2022, and a Graduate LLB the previous year. In his previous career, he taught English as a foreign language in the UK and abroad. He has worked on various corporate transactions, including share sales and purchases, as well as share allotments, re-designations and other corporate matters. Nicholas is currently in the third seat of his training contract, which is with the Commercial Property Team, his second seat was with the Family & Dispute Resolution Teams and his first seat with the Corporate & Commercial Department.
Outside of work, Nicholas enjoys spending time with family, reading, and going for walks in the countryside. He had a very international upbringing but has strong family roots in Hereford and Shropshire and feels at home in the region.
