Morgan joined the Court of Protection Team in Shrewsbury as a legal support assistant in March 2022 after having worked at another firm recognised by The Legal 500. She qualified as a solicitor in September 2024.
Morgan studied Undergraduate Law at Lancaster University and did a Masters in Law with LPC at the University of Law in Chester.
Morgan specialises in Court of Protection and has experience in both lay and professional deputyship applications, professional deputyship, attorneyship and personal injury trust management, Trustee Act applications, drafting personal injury trusts and health and welfare matters. Morgan strives to offer pragmatic advice while taking a holistic approach and explaining the law in an accessible way.
In her spare time she enjoys hiking, kayaking and going to the gym.
