Llinos can deal with sales, purchases, mortgages, business leases and agricultural tenancies, general and agricultural licences, easements and associated rights, overage, option and wayleave agreements and any other non-contentious commercial or agricultural property matter that may fall within the remit of the department.

Llinos also regularly assists Edward Nutting to deal with complex commercial and agricultural matters and with Landed Estate clients.

Llinos is based at the Conwy office and hopes that her local knowledge and rural roots will be of benefit to clients. She is fully bilingual and is happy to receive instructions in English and/or Welsh.

Llinos is from a farming family and was brought up on a farm not far from Caernarfon.

In her spare time, Llinos is rarely found indoors. She likes helping on the farm; particularly tending her sheep, climbing the Snowdonia mountains and going for walks. She also likes to travel the world and after qualifying as a solicitor, spent time in New Zealand. She also loves to sing, especially when the Welsh rugby team are playing!
