My Mother sadly passed away in June this year. It was a stressful time for my sister, myself and the whole family. There were many arrangements to make and sorting Mother’s financial affairs was a challenge. Julie Langford handled the last will and testament of my Mother. Julie was caring, understanding and professional throughout this time. She answered all our questions and explained the legal items in an easy to understand way. She guided us through the process with a sympathetic and caring attitude. She dealt with the inland revenue and paid an agreed final payment. She included a payment to Co-op Funeral Care. Then she made arrangements to reimburse us for the cost of the wake and sundry items. She also made the application to probate for us. I was pleasantly surprised when this was completed without any issues in a short time. She sent written confirmation of the important stages of the procedure. Julie always answered our emails promptly and was available each time we visited the Lanyon Bowdler office. I can thoroughly recommend this company and its approachable and friendly staff.
