Profile / Experience

Jo is a solicitor working in the Personal Injury Team at our Shrewsbury office.

Prior to deciding to undertake a law degree (part-time) at Wolverhampton University, Jo was a probation service officer for a number of years.

Jo completed her LPC and joined a national law firm as a fee earner acting for claimants in personal injury cases for four years, she then moved to a firm which specialised in defendant personal injury and carried out this work for around two years. Whilst completing her training contract she experienced different areas of law, and qualified as a solicitor in April 2023.

In her spare time Jo enjoys going to the gym, spending time with family, friends and her dog, Wilson. Jo is also a keen hiker and traveller.

Testimonials

What our clients say.

Jo Kneller agreed to take on my claim and from the outset I was very pleased how she handled it – in a very courteous, friendly manner and always willing to explain the procedures and options open to me. Crucially I felt, at every stage, like she was balancing the need to give me guidance and advice with allowing me as the client the ability to make decisions and choose what was in my best interests. I always felt like she was putting me first.

From the start of my claim to the end I found the service provided by Lanyon Bowdler to be excellent. I was kept fully informed on the progress of my claim all throughout the process. Communication was excellent.
