Hollie is a legal support assistant in the Court of Protection Department. She joined the department in September 2024 after completing a Law with Politics degree (LLB) at Lancaster University. She is currently undertaking the Legal Practice Course (LLM) with the University of Law.
Hollie is a student member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers which is for those who specialise in providing legal services for older and vulnerable people.
Hollie has experience in the administration of professional deputyships, professional attorneyships and personal injury trusts.
She supports the head of department, Neil Davies, among other solicitors with a wide range of court applications:
- Lay deputyship
- Professional deputyship
- Trustee Act
- Statutory wills
- Other contentious and non-contentious applications
In her spare time, Hollie enjoys travelling, spending time with her family and visiting National Trust sites.
