Hannah qualified into landed estates at Knights in 2019.
She is experienced in the following:
- Short and long term commercial leases and ancillary matters around them e.g. Licences to Alter/Licences to Assign/Deeds of Surrender etc.
- Acquisition/sale of land for development
- Sales/purchases of agricultural land
- Sales/purchases of commercial property
- First registrations/adverse possession of land
- Acting for investors, SIPPs and SASSs on acquisitions/sales
- Lease renewals
- Property refinance
- Acquisitions and disposals of business premises as part of business sales/acquisitions via share and asset purchase agreements
Hannah joined the Commercial Property Team at our Shrewsbury office in November 2024.
Outside of work Hannah enjoys spending time with her family and friends, walking in the countryside especially the Peak District. When the opportunity arises Hannah likes to spend some time in the sea, surfing or sailing.
