Emily joined the Court of Protection Team as a solicitor having completed her training with the firm in September 2024. Emily has worked in Clinical Negligence, Personal injury, Private Client, and Dispute Resolution, so has a broad understanding of these areas and their interplay with Court of Protection.
Emily achieved a first in undergraduate law in 2020 and obtained her Masters in Law and LPC with distinction in 2021.
Emily assists clients with lay deputyship applications for property and financial affairs and health and welfare, as well as supporting senior team members with personal injury trust management and professional deputyships and attorneyships.
Emily endeavours to provide clients with a friendly yet professional service. Emily is based in the Shrewsbury office but can meet with clients in Telford by appointment.
Outside of work, Emily likes to travel and plan interior design projects.”
