David specialises in agricultural and commercial property matters including the sales and purchases of agricultural land and commercial premises, agricultural tenancies, commercial leases and secured lending.
David’s clients have included a range of landed estates, banks, charities and religious institutions as well as developers and public bodies.
He can assist you with first registrations, Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 tenancies, easements and wayleaves, and Settled Land Act 1925 issues.
A native of Somerset, David spent the first years of his career in Bristol and the South West before relocating to his wife’s hometown of Shrewsbury.
David joined Lanyon Bowdler in December 2024 and is based in the Shrewsbury office.
