Chris joined the Commercial & Agricultural Team at Lanyon Bowdler as a legal assistant in March 2022, and is based at our Shrewsbury office.
Prior to joining us Chris worked for nine years in residential conveyancing, covering a wide range of matters including sales, purchases, transfers, lease extensions, enfranchisement and remortgages. He has also briefly worked in property litigation, carrying out breach of covenant, service charge and ground rent arrears matters.
Outside of work, Chris is a lover of all sport in particular kickboxing, football and cricket. He also enjoys country walks with his Border Collie named Colt.
