Alex began work in the legal profession in London, as an office junior at the age of 17, and has worked her way up to PA/legal assistant over the years. She has worked within most areas of law.
Having taken a 15 year break to raise her children Alex returned to work in 2023 at Lanyon Bowdler within the Commercial & Agricultural Department. She is now working in the Private Client Department and enjoying learning new skills.
Alex is a qualified swimming teacher/coach and official, she has been privileged to work at a leading swimming academy coaching the national swim team and follows the sport with great interest, and loves to watch the swimmers progress throughout their careers (including seeing some familiar faces in the Paris Olympics).
Moving to Shropshire in 2016 her family have enjoyed the change of lifestyle. They spend a lot of time walking and camping with their dogs and Oswestry is the perfect base for this!
