Abi Croft.

Abi assists on large corporate transactions, including share sales/purchase, asset sales/purchases, management buyouts and company reorganisations.

She is able to assist clients prepare a number of documents in line with their business needs, for example, shareholders’ agreements, articles of association, partnership agreements, loan agreements and security documentation.

She is also able to assist clients with their commercial interests by, for example, preparing: terms and conditions, supply of goods and services agreements, franchise agreements, assignments of intellectual property, confidentiality agreements, e-commerce documentation and distribution/agency agreements.

Abi studied her undergraduate degree in Law and Criminology at the University of Leicester, graduating in 2018 with a 2.1.

After this, she went on to study the LLM Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Birmingham, where she obtained a distinction.
