These include acquisitions, charging and disposals; agricultural tenancies under both the agricultural holdings and farm business tenancy regimes; overage, pre-emption, land promotion and option agreements; easements; mineral and aggregate extraction; telecommunication site leases and renewable/sustainable energy installations.
