Associate Solicitor - Commercial & Agricultural Team
Commercial & Agricultural Property
Sally qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and joined Lanyon Bowdler in 2018 after working in national and regional practices in Birmingham, Bath and Gloucestershire.
She acts in a wide range of non-contentious commercial and agricultural property transactions including land sales and purchases, commercial landlord & tenant, refinancing including peer to peer lending and development projects involving option, promotion and overage agreements.
A former member of AIEMA, Sally takes a keen interest in sustainability issues including FITS and RHI and has specialist knowledge of contracts for renewable energy including biomass, turbines and photovoltaics.
Sally adopts a practical approach working with a broad range of clients including partnerships, companies, charities, parish councils, schools, funders and individuals in the commercial, agricultural, education and charity sectors, aiming to seal the deal in a timely and cost effective manner.
Sally is delighted to join the Hereford office particularly as her grandfather was a vet in the county for over 30 years.
In her spare time you might find Sally still renovating her dilapidated old house, or in summer failing miserably on the cricket pitch.
