Gemma advises both employers and employees on all aspects of employment law, including in relation to settlement agreements, contracts of employment, disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy and employment tribunal proceedings, including advocacy at hearings.

Gemma joined Lanyon Bowdler as an employment solicitor in January 2023.

She initially worked in the South East of England, where she also completed her training. Gemma relocated back to Shropshire, her home county, in 2016, where she worked for another local firm for over six years.

Gemma’s aim is to provide practical solutions for her clients.
