Profile / Experience
Charles has extensive experience in all private client matters with particular expertise in matters relating to trust administration and taxation, inheritance tax, with particular reference to agricultural and business property reliefs, property law and private fisheries.
Charles joined Beaumonts in July 1982, becoming a partner in 1985. Beaumonts merged with Lanyon Bowdler in May 2016 when he remained a partner in the practice.
In April 2020 Charles left the partnership, but has continued to work with the firm as a consultant.
In his spare time Charles enjoys walking, gardening, bird watching and the occasional game of croquet.
