Kate has over 16 years’ post qualification experience in relation to a variety of private client matters including wills, lasting powers of attorney, registration of enduring powers of attorney and estate administration.
Kate graduated from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth in 2004 with a law degree before completing the Legal Practice Course in 2005 at the College of Law, Chester.
She then joined LG Solicitors as a trainee solicitor and qualified as a solicitor in July 2007. LG Solicitors merged with Lanyon Bowdler in May 2010.
Kate is recognised as a Recommended Lawyer in the 2024 edition of The Legal 500.
Kate is also a fully accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers, an independent, national organisation of lawyers who provide specialist legal advice for older and vulnerable people, their families and carers. Kate prides herself on being approachable and friendly and able to explain complex legal matters in simple terms to clients who may be particularly vulnerable due to age, medical conditions, because they are grieving or for other reasons.
When not at work, Kate enjoys reading, cooking, gardening and spending time with her young family.
