How to maximise the value in your business

A breakfast seminar jointly hosted by new Shropshire independent corporate finance firm Amalgam Corporate Finance, Whittingham Riddell Charted Accountants and Lanyon Bowdler Solicitors was successfully held at Whittingham Riddell’s Shrewsbury offices. The seminar, which focussed on “preparing your business for the future” and enhancing future value, offered advice on planning a business for sale or acquisition.

The speakers addressed a range of corporate finance, legal and tax structuring topics integral to corporate transactions.

Iain Mackinnon of Amalgam Corporate Finance commented: “The event was a great success and has raised Amalgam’s profile in the county. Whilst conditions remain turbulent there is still a great deal a business can do to increase its value”.
